Document review with AI
Reading and reviewing tender documents, drawings, invoices and other documents. Each comment refers to the document in question, so the comments are easy to check.
Connections to Autodesk Forma and Procore
Models, quantities and costs retrieved from Autodesk Forma (formerly ACC), comments and cost figures sent back, and data kept in sync between systems.
AI on your own data
An assistant that searches the company's document libraries, e.g. in SharePoint, answers in Icelandic and respects staff access rights.
Connections for AI tools
MCP is a standard that lets Claude, ChatGPT and other tools work with a company's systems. Mynstra builds such connections, often with read-only access or so that a staff member approves each change.
Custom business systems
Systems for e.g. time tracking, quality documents and transport optimisation, when off-the-shelf solutions do not fit.
Maps and geospatial data
Map viewers and analysis of geospatial and planning data.
How we work
Projects usually start with a limited pilot using real data. If it delivers, the solution is developed further and put into operation. Mynstra can handle hosting and operation, or deliver the solution into the client's environment, e.g. Microsoft Azure.
We choose AI services that do not use client data to train models, and hosting in Europe where possible.
