Managers of companies, public bodies and associations, whether AI is still little used or staff have started using different tools without shared rules.

Strategy and guidance
Mynstra helps managers decide how AI is used in the workplace and put those decisions into practice. The work is based on how staff actually work and which systems and data are in place.
Who it is for
What we offer
Strategy and rules
An AI policy and practical guidelines for staff: which tools are used, which data may be used and who is responsible.
Assessment and opportunities
A workshop of about three hours with managers or a cross-section of the workplace, often 10 to 20 people. After a short introduction, tasks and processes are reviewed systematically to see where AI and automation shorten processes or improve quality, and where the benefit is small. The result is a prioritised list of realistic projects in a memo.
Implementation plan
Steps, responsibilities and a timeline, from the first licences to established ways of working.
Rolling out tools
Choosing tools, setting up licences and access, and connecting them to email, document libraries and other systems. Access rights are reviewed before systems are connected.
Guidance
Regular meetings with managers and contact people in the workplace, and support for staff while the changes take hold.
Frequently asked questions
Where is the best place to start?
Usually with a short assessment and a workshop with key people. That shows where the benefit is greatest and what needs to be decided.
Do we need to buy new systems?
Not necessarily. Tools already in use can often go a long way when they are connected to the data you already have.
What about data security?
We go through which data may go into which tools, where the data is hosted and which settings are needed.
